The Special Prosecutors announced on Monday Dec. 21, 2015 that the Grand Jury has not indicted the Waller County jailers and there were no indictments on Sandra Bland's death! Meaning that Waller Sheriff's Office will not criminally be indicted. On Jan. 6, 2016 the Grand Jury will reconvene to discuss the whether there will be indictments of her arrest. As the family stated in their press conference, "we do not trust the Grand Jury system". We, the people, agree. We are calling for the indictment of Officer Encina & for him to be thrown in jail for the unlawful arrest of Sandra Bland! Meet National Black United Front, Truth 2 Power, Out Of The Flames of Ferguson, Brown Berets & varies other activists & organizations to protest the indictment & demand justice for our sister!!!!
