also, @the-cauldron-witch/@a-matsu-shitstorm gave me a similar idea a couple days ago and that makes me think

what if, he doesn’t wear ALL that makeup often, usually just the concealer and whatever he needs for it to work properly

so the rare occasion when he wears TONS of makeup like that... it irritates his skin and he gets a rash on his face and it looks enough like acne to make him cry
