Hi. I would love a free tarot. I was talking to a guy Isaiah and he has been distant the past few days. I am trying to figure out is something there or not. Will we talk again this week? I'm JC and aries Thank you so much
Hi JC! Sorry for the wait, I asked tarot about the next 7 days instead.
The Ace of Swords invites you to look at your situation in a different perspective—you have been thinking on it too much based on emotions, but with the Queen of Cups here, it seems your intuition is already trying to tell you what you need to know, but you may be unable to listen to it because of too conflicting feelings. The Ace of Swords suggests approaching it intellectually.
Your position is the Queen of Swords. The first thing I was drawn to was her crown, that looked like a blindfold at first sight. Going back to the Queen of Cups and the Ace of Swords, you are unable to look at this situation more objectively, not looking at something the Queen of Cups already knows. The Queen of Swords doesn’t have her eyes covered—similarly, you can look and see if you so choose to.
The Nine of Wands along with the Four of Wands indicate you stubbornly standing ground against that which you already know, by trying to think of the good instead. The Five of Swords asks you to look at it as it is, and to not be afraid of it. This also suggests inner conflict—this is your anxiety bubbling just under the surface that you are trying to cover up. I understand how easy it can be to fall into this state; anxiety is an unpleasant thing to deal with. However, if you keep ignoring it, it will just create more and more micro aggressions as it builds up. Give yourself time to deal with it.
The Two of Pentacles shows you busying yourself with other things. Tarot tells you that this is a good thing, but still do remember that there is a difference between busying yourself and not letting yourself get too hung up, idly, on a situation. It is entirely different to busy yourself in order to distract yourself and keep ignoring underlying negative feelings that will only make you feel worse later on. The Page of Cups here also suggests that you wind down a little. Look at that almost drunk look on his face—he is relaxed and at ease with his emotions. Again, give yourself time to deal with your anxiety, whether directly related to this situation or not, and let yourself take a break. You’re only human.
In order to stop stalling and letting the situation drag, the King of Wands, Four of Swords in reverse, and Eight of Pentacles recommend you make the first move. It appears that you’re the bolder one between you two, and also the unfortunate one to be dealing with this situation, it seems. It’s clear at this point in the reading that it is Isaiah who has the problem. Perhaps it’s personal to him and it’s just not something he’s ready for at this time; it’s not up to you to save him either. The results of you taking this step are pretty much both negative, but not in a way to discourage you to taking it, if it’s a means to an end.
The Seven of Swords as the positive says that this will at least bring the situation forward a little bit more. Because you have put something on the table that he can either accept or reject, you avoid wasting more time by further dragging it out. It’s still pretty unstable though, and the downside also is the Eight of Swords, so following the rough, unstable movement from your action in the Seven of Swords, the Eight of Swords will be that stagnant pause, the waiting time for him to decide on whatever. This is also perhaps a good time for you to think about if it is something you want to further invest your energy in.
These three cards are the cards for the next seven days following this reading. Judgement shows that you will at least come to a conclusion, following the waiting time in the Eight of Swords. The Devil with the Five of Pentacles here however say that he is too stuck on his own self-limiting beliefs and the decision isn’t really what you were hoping for. It’s a worrying time. Of course, it’s important to note that it is still up to you to give it a chance if you think it would be worth it, but the question to you is whether you really believe it’s worth it or not. This reading doesn’t quite condemn him, but it also doesn’t give the impression that he is someone who is ready for something more at the moment.
The Ace of Wands in reverse advises you to withdraw your energy from this situation, and instead redirect and focus your energy to other projects you’ve been making progress with (Seven of Pentacles and The Hierophant) that could use more of this focus, and the Six of Wands promises that this would ultimately be more rewarding for you. This redirecting of focus and energy is what’s going to help you regain your balance and sense of self.
The Two of Wands as your shadow card asks you again to look into yourself and ask yourself if you think this is worth it, if this is something that you think will give you stability, something you would want in your life for the long-term. This card asks you to reassess these, especially in relation with your advice cards.
