It wasn’t something big, in Dongwoo’s point of view. He had just saved a dog from being run over, but it really wasn’t much since he was crossing the street anyway, when he saw the animal in danger. Even so, he opened a happy smile at the stranger. “Oh, it was nothing, miss.”, he scratched his nape. “But thank you very much, I appreciate your kind words.”

Bomi is crossing the street, on her way back home after her two hour session working out at the gym when she sees a car about to run over a dog who is in the middle of the road. She widens her eyes, about to run over to save the animal only to see someone already doing it before she can. She quickly rushes over to him and the dog, smiling and showing her gratitude to the stranger while her eyes watching the dog going away. She lets out a soft chuckle, her hand waving and her head shaking  "I have five puppies, so for me, what you did just now was really great. I don't think you can find many people like that around here these days, everyone is always too busy in their own world to notice. I would have a heart attack if the poor animal were one of my babies."

Dongwoo had heard of Dusk before through a friend they had in common. However, he had never seen her in person until that day, and they recognized each other surprisingly quickly. The occasion was a party, whose host was an important CEO, and the businessman was attending it for… Well, business interests. For a moment, while they had a small talk, he wondered why she was there, until he remembered her father was someone of note.

"Ah, sure.", he opened an awkward smile and offered his hand. "It’s nice to finally meet you, Dusk."

She had never liked these sorts of party because it led to her dressing all fancy-like and elegant, which was totally not her thing. Those with businesses or of the upper-classed family knew her as the wonderful Kim family's youngest daughter, but what they didn't know was that she, too, ran a business as a CEO, for her father, of course. There weren't many around her age, which made it incredibly awkward for her to talk to everyone. Curt bows and nods were given from time to time when she encountered someone and then, near the middle of the party, she had finally met someone of her age (or around her age). 

     « yes, yes. such a pleasure to meet      you, mister... dongwoo? am i correct? »

Dusk had heard of him before, but unfortunately, she was someone who couldn't quite remember people's name. And she prayed to God that she got his name correctly.

"Well, Luhan, the new photographer-- the pleasure is all mine. I hope you enjoy working with us.", Dongwoo offered him a hand to shake and smiled largely. "How are you doing today?"

"I'm sure I will."  He nodded, taking the other's hand in his own to give it a firm shake.  "I'm doing quite well today.  And yourself?"  He tilted his head in curiosity at the man.

Another fresh face around. Dongwoo loved to see the new employees, so he came to the male with a right smile upon his lips, waving at him. "Hello! You're our new photographer, aren't you?", he tilted his head before bowing politely."I'm Jang Dongwoo, the businessman around here. Pleased to meet you."

Pleasantly overwhelmed by the amount of new people he's been meeting, Luhan grinned widely at the man in front of him.  "Yeah, I'm Luhan the new photographer."  He gestured to the camera hanging from his shoulder and bowed slightly.  "Please to meet you as well, Dongwoo the businessman."

Yes, it's one of my favourite songs of all time despite the fact that it changes almost weekly. We should be best friends, mhm. {`coughs.} I meant hello to you as well, good sir.

Dongwoo didn't want to interrupt the stranger, she looked too focused on the screen of her mobile phone. However, since both were walking the same direction, he couldn't help but catch the object that fell from her pocket, or perhaps her bag. Now with a small package in hands, he wasn't quite sure of how to approach the other. "Excuse me, miss. Pardon my interruption, but I think you dropped this.", he tapped her shoulder and showed her the item.

She didn’t know what irked her more: the increasingly hot weather, or the fact that she was once again itching for a smoke. Not that she particularly indulged in the latter nowadays, but the habit was something that took her a while to kick, and recent events had prompted her to take up again, if only momentarily. The fact that she’d been rifling through her satchel looking for her new pens all too anxiously was enough proof that her nerves were on edge, and she was glad for the tap at her shoulder and the case that held the materials that she happily took. “Thank you,” she blurted out, by no means of her own sane volition. Perhaps it was the copious amounts of caffeine. However, his appearance remained familiar, and she blinked in recognition. “You’re Jang Dongwoo, aren’t you? Modern Times magazine guy?”
