Been playing Jurassic World Alive lately and really enjoying it. Collected several cool Dino's and powered quite a few to around level 5. Finally got enough DNA for my Utahraptor the other day! I got to battle with it ONCE. Then an update came out that forced me to update before playing again. Then suddenly all I got was an error message and I could no longer load the game. So I decided to try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. It worked, except it completely WIPED OUT my account. Deleted it. I had to create a new account! Starting back at square one! I've been emailing and using the in-app help but the only response I've gotten on either is "we are receiving a large influx of tickets.". #jwlive #jurassicworldlive #ludia #ludiasupport
