I got back from classes and saw your post that you wanted to talk, so I just wanted to say that Arcanum makes me so happy. ^_^ I'm a giant nerd who designed my own alien OC to interact with the Paladins, so seeing other (very well written!) self-indulgent fanworks makes me squeal like the ridiculous 12 year old girl that I actually am inside.
