Hey, I'm kind of new to this whole fanart thing and I do handrawn drawing on paper. Do you have any advice for me?
Hi ♡ Yup, try to not press the pencil on the paper, just soft lines. If you need to erase something, it won't leave a mark on the paper.
It works a lot to me because I do the sketch, then the Lineart and I erase the sketch, it doesn't leave a mark ^^ wait some minutes between the lineart and the erase of the sketch.
Also, be cautious with your eraser, if it has a stain, it can spoil your drawing.
About fanarts, I think everyone has their own style, but always remember, even if it's cartoon, you need to know some rules about anatomy ^^
