Most: I haven’t written Oikawa Tooru in forever, but BOY did I love writing Oikawa Tooru.
Least: For some reason I really have trouble with writing Inasa Yoarashi?? I don’t know why, because I feel like I’ve written plenty of other characters with a similar personality type...? I dunno what it is about him that gives me so much trouble.
9. a passage from a WIP
She puts her hands up and steps away from the counter. "Okay, okay! We're done here!"
He laughs. "Wait, we're not." He turns to face her front-on. "I was wondering about something else you said last night…"
Lenalee slowly lowers her hands. "Okay…?"
"You said you guys knew what was going on.” Allen reaches for a piece of bacon, but he keeps his eyes on her. “What exactly did you think that was?"
Lenalee hesitates, then asks, "Do you want the blunt answer, or the sugar coated one?"
Allen pauses while the bacon hangs from his mouth. "Uh." Maybe he regrets asking already.
When he takes too long to decide, Lenalee makes the decision for him. "When you and Kanda were still working together, you went after some Others at a farm, right?"
Allen nods, slowly. "The guy said his animals kept getting sick. The barn set fire while we were there…"
"Right. You and Kanda came to stay the night here after that. You guys were fighting about a cow or something."
"We were fighting because he pushed me into cow shit."
"He said you tripped."
"He pushed me," Allen repeats.
