This piece features a mimosa motif. The flowers sway in the breeze, bending but never breaking as they bloom. I created this work with a heartfelt sense of daily gratitude, as expressed in the symbolic meaning of the flower.

The 48th Traditional Kaga-Yuzen Craft Exhibition Silver Prize: Visiting Kimono "Kimi wa Tennen-shoku" (You Are Natural Colors) by Tetsuya Shishime

This piece depicts the scenery of seawater being scattered during the traditional Agehama salt-making process in Suzu. Capturing the sparkling spray dancing in the wind, the breeze brushing against the cheeks, and the scent of the sandy beach, I infused my own sensory experiences into a flowing, modern yet classic silhouette.

The 47th Traditional Kaga-Yuzen Craft Exhibition: Black Formal Kimono: "Chikuma River" by Yomei Hirano

This piece depicts the Chikuma River, a winding section of Japan's longest river, the Shinano, which nurtures places such as Anzu no Sato and Komoro. It was inspired by the poetry collection of Toson Shimazaki and features mountain village landscapes. Kaikoen Garden, etc.

The 47th Traditional Kaga-Yuzen Craft Exhibition Visit the Kimono "Kanazawa Rain Scene" by Wako Shoda.

The wife of Maeda Toshiie, who founded the Kaga domain, was named Matsu. The design is based on a pine tree(Matsu), which shares her name, and shows the four seasons with wisteria, hibiscus, and camellia flowers. It also shows the leaves of willow trees growing along the banks of the Saigawa and Asanogawa rivers, while round dots represent the rain. There are rows of Japanese umbrellas. It is a scene of Kanazawa, a city with many rainy days.

The Sagrada Família Cathedral's interior is flooded with light. When morning or afternoon sunlight shines directly in, the astonishing brightness and vibrant colors create an extraordinary space, as if one had wandered into a unique realm.

The wild grape vine is rendered with sharp, angular, straight lines. The sophisticated black-and-purple color scheme is accented with colored lines, and the leaves are depicted as smaller toward the top and larger toward the bottom.
