This is Kaiyenne! She is the Orange part of my IFS (Internal Family System) and she represents the motivated and aspiring part of me! She wants to do everything and loves to encourage me to try fun and creative things. She often gets frustrated or anxious when I’m in a rut and one of her fears is staying in a state of stagnation with no personal or creative growth. I love her very much because she is part of me and I love myself ^-^ 🍊🧡
