Winter Trip to Canal-Himalayas / Surkanda Devi temple fail - Part 3 (Final)
We started for our next destination for the Mother Surkanda Devi Temple, which was only 2 kilometers away from Kadukhel. Kadukal is a small village which was 8 km away from Kanatal, where we can park our car and walk from here to small temple which is approximately 10000 feet above sea level, you can see 360 degrees above Until the sky is not clear, you can see the temple.
In our way, we enjoyed the snow-covered valleys, natural beauty, beautiful sights, cedar trees, chilli air. I was driving in a bifurcated dry league with ice on either side. The road suddenly took a sharp turn, I saw a man standing at the turn and asking me to stop.
He pointed to a car which was going away from the road, the car was safe but was not moving forward because the snow was very thick. Whenever the driver of the car tries to accelerate, he eventually gives a break-free motion to his wheels who were moving but there was no car. I stopped that my car went towards her to help her, being a fresher, I can not help a lot, but there may be there to eliminate sudden upheaval.
Some people gathered in a while, some locals came and asked us to stay there, because after the streets of Jaapapani, a place where we were standing due to heavy snow, I inquired about the temple of Surkanda Devi But he calmly replied, "Bhaiya aahe rast band hain jo joge" came in the form of a shocker and was very disappointing for us because we were right at the feet of mother Surkanda.
In a low voice, I asked some locals again about Surkanda Devi Temple and they do the same thing which the school boy had done in Chamba, they pointed towards a mountain and said "He is Rahi mum Surkanda" that After spending some more time in the space of time, I again asked some taxi-drivers about the way to go berserk, in response to which they said, "Do not be afraid, do not go to Giri. Spun and we will take time. "
We stayed there for about 2 hours, enjoyed the snow-covered hills, in a bright silhouette surrounded by tall cedar trees, looking at the temple from there, we prayed and convinced myself that we certainly decided to visit Mother Surakanda will do.
In fact, our plan was to visit Surkanda and return to Dholati-Mushri-Dehradun via Ghaziabad, towards Ghaziabad, but eventually, we had to turn towards Chamba-Rishikesh. This is 2.30p. M. The sun was shining, the winds were heavy, so our heart was filled and we left for Ghaziabad via Chamba and Rishikesh.
Then I realized that on the way to Kanal in the morning, we talked about Kunjapuri Devi Temple, which was 4 km away from Narendranagar, so we decided to travel, which was 5000 feet above sea level. We traveled to Chamba-Fakot and at 4.15 am we were in the Kunjapuri Devi Temple, we took our prayers, blessed and from there we saw 180 degrees of Shivalik range.
It was mesmerizing, the place was very quiet and calm. Looking at the categories, we promised to come back to them soon. After spending some time, at 5 pm we went back to Ghaziabad from where we started this magnificent journey.
On our way back, we discussed travel and we had a wonderful natural life for two days. We are full of dust, traffic, long-suffering, crime-friendly, mentally poisoned, hustle-bustle conservation 11 PM.
