pft no except for them to shut up. personally, every church i've ever been to has only taught me bigotry and self-shaming so like. a lot of them would make it worse

'go to church lol' is basically just a different way of saying "your opinion/statement is shit and you should stop embarrassing yourself and everyone around you" without the awfulness of wishing like physical harm or death on someone else
