On a personal rant, we have a really arrogant black belt who attends our dojo and I don't like him. A week ago, he explained how he had forgotten all his katas when we did Heian Nidan. Last night, I was practicing Gankaku and this black belt told my friend Andrew that I was doing something wrong.
First, how are you going to remember Gankaku if you can't remember Heian Nidan?
Second, I was in the same room as you...why didn't you just suck it up and tell me directly to my face?
