My comic 'Cianalas' for Interlude in it's entirety! This was the biggest art challenge i've put myself up to in a while and it was incredible to work alongside all the other skilled artists who contributed.
ghost of k'aresh spoilers below:
so do we think xal'atath ACTUALLY helped that wastelander oracle lady hear k'aresh's worldsoul at the oasis? or did she just pretend to be k'aresh to tell her what she wanted to hear, and k'aresh himself is truly dead?
WoW rant,
Does anyone else just feel like how the wastelanders are treated is really gross??
They been betrayed and abandoned for thousands of years, trapped on a shattered desert planet. They struggling to just survive on the hostile rocks.
They old kin show beck up, call them 'feral' thieves and murderers and don't let them inside the eco-domes, the only places with water/flora/fauna.
So the wasterlands of course attack and raid the domes, like duh. If the brokers were so willing to spend a fortune investing in the domes, why not like just provide for the wastelanders to stop their attacks? Surely sharing food and supplies would be less expensive then an eco-dome.
I don't care that the wastelanders are murders that want revenge. They were betrayed, their home destroyed, and themselves physically altered against their will by the sorcerer elite. I support their revenge.
And then, we the player help Xal'atath lie directly to the wasterlanders face so they will fight and die for us. That made me feel so so slimy.
This clearly doesnt end well either, hence the eco-dome dungeon where we kill them.
This just doesnt sit right with me =(
old writing- Isidora
Dora could say that she had felt true fear plenty of times before. When she was seven her mother’s horse had nearly trampled her. When she was nine she had accidentally wandered into the Wisteria training field and nearly got skewered by a javelin. When she was fourteen and had publicly danced with Everand during a royal gala.
None of those were as terrifying as being stared down at by a Elder dragon. Seong and Karesh were both pinned to the ground by the Elder’s forelimbs, unable to even squirm under its weight.
