A two-handed-weapon Reaver and rather posh stoic, she tends to confuse people with her preference for Tevinter-inspired aesthetic. She's quite protective of her family, especially given the age difference and the fact that both her siblings are mages; she was heavily injured protecting them from Templars when they were children, and doesn't have a very high opinion of the Chantry as a result. The first to join the Valo-Kas to support the Adaar family, she was with Shokrakar when the Conclave exploded - and very hastily made her way to Haven to try and find her sister, whereupon she refused to leave without her.
Joining the Inquisition is not what she would have preferred, but maybe things aren't all bad... Lady Josephine is quite... enchanting.
Kiva Adaar
Having grown up quite sickly, she's been rather (overly, in her opinion) protected for the sake of her health - though not naïve, she prefers to believe the best in others, and gets excited about new experiences. She'd been with the Valo-Kas not even a year before the events of the Conclave. Waking up with her hand glowing green was pretty alarming... but maybe it could end up being a great adventure, too!
Her enthusiasm for learning about and utilizing the power of the rifts might be a little unnerving (even for Solas), but high risk, high reward!
Ankir Adaar
He is the baby and his sisters will never let him forget it. Having been at home with their parents during the Conclave, he's not really even known to the Inquisition until the rest of the family arrives to the safety of Skyhold - and with Kiva and Sari making names for themselves, he cannot wait until it'll finally be his turn.
The way of the Shapeshifter appeals most to him, and he ends up under the tutelage of Lady Amell - much as he's very anxious about being taught by the Hero of Ferelden (!!!).
(Kasari and Ankir are both @thatferrybroad creations; in her own canon, Sari is Inquisitor. I also forgot that they both have dark sclera, so now Kiva gets it too, lol)
🚨 SPOILER ALERT & LORE DROP: The Domains of Kasari’s Monster DILFs! 🚨
Before we start: You are supposed to discover these Domain Expansions by reading my upcoming Fanfiction on AO3 (dropping May 16!). BUT, for the curious ones, the lore enthusiasts, or anyone who wants to fully understand the power system of my OCs, here is the official breakdown of Tozunoki's and Nori's Domains.
Read at your own risk! 🕸️⚔️
🕸️ TOZUNOKI’S DOMAIN EXPANSION: The Velvet Spider's Midnight Lounge
Tozunoki is the Gentle Giant, so his domain is not a traditional "Sure-Kill" environment. It is an old-school, rule-based sanctuary.
The Aesthetics: The domain manifests as an incredibly cozy, dimly lit, high-class Jazz Bar. Smooth jazz plays in the background. Outside the windows of the bar, there is a freezing, endless snowy blizzard (if you step outside, you will catch a magical cold that debuffs you).
The Bartender: Tozunoki acts as the bartender. And yes, because of his massive, non-human arachnid anatomy, he wears absolutely no clothes—except for a neat little bowtie made of glowing cosmic silk. (You're welcome, monster lovers).
The Peaceful Effect: The "Sure-Hit" attack is completely deactivated by default. Inside the bar, Tozunoki can prepare any dish or drink desired. For Curses (and Kasari), consuming these treats grants massive, accelerated healing and CE restoration.
The Rule & The Trap: There is only one strict rule: NO KILLING INSIDE THE BAR.
If an enemy breaks this rule, the Domain reveals its true, terrifying nature. The cozy bar instantly collapses into an intricate, inescapable, infinite spider web. Millions of spiders swarm the rule-breaker. The sure-hit activates: the razor-sharp webs slice the enemy's skin while simultaneously injecting them with lethal necrotic poison, all while the same webs actively heal Tozunoki and his allies.
Nori is the strict, 4-armed martial sentinel. His domain reflects absolute discipline and the art of the blade.
The Aesthetics: The domain manifests as a massive, traditional Japanese Dojo, isolated in a void.
The Mechanics (The Duel): This is a strictly enforced 1v1 Domain. Nori selects a single foe to fight him in the center of the dojo. Anyone else caught inside the barrier is instantly pushed to the edges and physically locked in place, forced to be mere "spectators" to the duel (Kasari usually sits in the VIP spectator spot, swooning over his man).
The Rule: All Cursed Techniques and magic are deactivated. The user and the foe must fight following strict skirmish rules using ONLY close-range weapons. However, the Domain provides any melee weapon the combatants desire.
The Binding Vow (The Sure-Hit): This domain operates on a high-stakes gamble.
If the enemy loses the duel, the Sure-Hit activates: a curse is placed on their soul, permanently stripping them of the ability to ever hold or use any weapon again.
But to make it fair (and therefore stronger), Nori risks his own power. If Nori loses the duel, a Binding Vow seals away his 4 Calamity Swords, leaving him unable to use them for an entire week.
Kasari literally has a 4-armed gladiator who forces his enemies into honorable duels, and a 6-armed naked spider-bartender who feeds him cocktails before turning enemies into poisoned prey.
Are we still surprised he decided to ignore human society and build a monster harem? 🦊💅
Let me know which Domain is your favorite in the comments!
P.S. If you say these domains break the jjk rules, they actually don't, there's a whole domain in canon that gets ignored and treated like shit because it's a beach and it's Dagon's domain, and it literally summons a fucking ecosystem inside a barrier, including a sun, a beach, fishes, nature and the sun probably works like the real one but, y'know, Gege rather show a guy who punches hard or explain simple blood manipulation in 100 paragraphs instead of explaining the interesting stuff. So stop trying to be a nerd while there are people out there who make Toji and Gojo clones instead of real OCs!
Hot take: Dagon inherently has more raw sex appeal than Toji ever did. Toji is a human who has to work out and maintain his body. Dagon EVOLVED out of his womb already built like a hyper-muscular god of the sea. His abs are forged by the crushing pressure of the abyss, not the gym. I didn't give Dagon his DILF aura in my AU, I just put him in a tight, unbuttoned shirt to make you all realize what was already there.
Oh and let's not talk about his personality, he's literally husband material, he's devoted to his family as shown in canon (and in my fic), if he fell in love with someone, he would drown the world just to make them happy and protect them and there's alot of evidence in this.
My fan fic simply took what little personality and devotion Gege showed us and simply made it the core center of the main duo protagonists.
Toji may have the six pack (spoilers, Dagon also has it, just look at one of his potraits), but does he has the same deep water resistance that Dagon's body has because he naturally was made to be able to not get crushed by his own natural habitat (the deep ocean)?
And I ain't even going to say what Dagon could do with those massive hands and the tentacles-
🚨 MASSIVE LORE SPOILER ALERT FOR MY UPCOMING FANFIC! 🚨
Okay guys, I realized after posting this that I just dropped one of the biggest, most overpowered secrets of my entire Dagon Kaisen AU. You are technically supposed to see Kasari’s Domain Expansion in action while reading the actual story (dropping May 16 on AO3!).
BUT... if you are a lore enthusiast, a magic system nerd, or you just want to know exactly how Kasari and Dagon become the untouchable Gods of the Abyss... keep reading. You've been warned! 👀✨
So I said that I'd say fun fact about his domain expansion, well, I have decided to actually explain his domain instead.
So, it might be a cliché due to Kasari having celestial and starry vibes to have a domain with the same vibes as him, and it actually does!
Galaxy of The Undying Star
It's an open barrier domain (covers up 200 meters like Sukuna's).
It's vibes are: a beautiful night sky filled with falling stars, comets, nebulae, distant galaxies, and the two polar lights.
It colors the sky itself, even if it is day, it turns into night.
There's also a giant supernova in the sky, that's where the name came from in the first place.
and along with that supernova, there's a full moon on the other side of the domain, vibrating with a cold aura.
Images so you get the vibe better:
"What does this domain do?" Thank you for asking!
Have you ever wanted to feel true fear? no? then you don't want to be inside this domain in the first place.
This domain amplifies one of Kasar's secret cursed tools: his Celestiar Jar.
This jar can:
Allow Kasari to manipulate the flow of cursed energy of a defeated curse (doesn't matter if killed or exorcised), sealing it inside the Jar
He can then ressurect the curse via Binding Vow, One of the specific Cards, or even HIS DOMAIN EXPANSION.
Due to this, Kasari is like a glass canon, he has all the tools to destroy you, has the experience of someone who lived for eons, the knowledge and fate by his side, but with a good hit from Maki/Toji or any other strong sorcerer, can give him a bad time if he's unlucky.
Domain Expansion Rules:
The Great Inversion (Siphon): All foes (Sorcerers/Humans) have their CE and RCE constantly drained. All siphoned RCE is de-purified into raw Cursed Energy. (THIS IS IMPORTANT FOR THE NEXT STEP!)
The Collective Feast (Feeding): This drained energy is broadcasted to all other Curses inside the domain (excluding Kasari), giving them near-infinite reserves and massive output buffs.
The Resurrection: As long as the Domain is open, Kasari can use the CE remnants from his Jar to perfectly revive fallen Curses. They are effectively immortal and fully powered as long as the domain is active.
The Ghost Clause: Non-CE users (Maki/Toji) are immune to the drain/sure-hit rules, but Kasari can still see them and attack them with his full kit (Stellar Spark, Cards, and Physicals).
Yeah, the domain is really op, but if that wasn't enough, it has a special feature that no other domain in the original series has ever done.
We saw Gojo using his domain for 0.2 seconds, Sukuna's open barrier domain, and probably even other things that I don't remember right now...
but, do you know what happens when two domain are opened at the same time or one opens his own domain inside another domain?
Yeah, domain clash, that's right-
Kasari in my fic/au/head canon is Dagon's romantic partner...
Imagine this:
Dagon opens his own domain, it's a vast, beautiful beach...
Maybe he's fighting a strong foe with Kasari and so there's a reason for Kasari to use his own domain...
Kasar's domain instead of clashing, it WRAPS around Dagon's...
Dagon's domain now became the base, the environment, Kasari's became the LAW of the domain.
Instead of the two Domains fighting for space (the typical "clash"), Kasari uses his 50% Human logic and 50% Cosmic vastness to "wrap" his Domain around Dagon’s.
The Infusion: Dagon’s Horizon of the Captivating Skandha provides the physical base (the beach and the ocean). Kasari’s Galaxy of the Undying Star provides the "Atmosphere" and "Law."
The Visual Transformation: The bright tropical sun of Dagon's beach is eclipsed by Kasari’s void-black starlight. The constellations from Kasari’s mantle appear in the sky, reflecting off the water.
The Synergy (The Liquid CE Sea): Because the Domains are synchronized, the water in Dagon’s domain becomes Liquid Cursed Energy.
For the Shikigami: The water acts as a continuous battery, healing them and increasing their size/ferocity.
For the Sorcerers: Every time they touch the water, the Great Inversion (Siphon) from Kasari’s domain works 2x faster, pulling their CE out through their skin.
This is how you make a deadly, beautiful and totally (not) balanced domain that even follows the character's lore.
Kasari being as old as the universe, he can do this with a precision and mastery that makes the top jjk characters look like rookies instead!
Everyone: I want "Malevolent Shrine", "Infinite Void"
The only domain that I want:
Horizon of the captivating Skandha was the only domain that a person could even call a home, the disaster curses used it as such.
It wasn't only deadly, it was beautiful... The sand and the palm trees on one side, and the salt water on the other, and, as shown in many angles of the scenes, there were shallow waters and also really deep ones, within this domain, you don't even need to move a finger, your shikigami will simply destroy everyone, and if there is someone who gives you a challenge, you can simply restrain them, throw them in the deep water and let them drown while you drink something.
If Gege actually knew how to make Dagon use this domain, nobody would've survived it, not even Toji, Gege just needed to nerf Dagon's brain when Toji entered.
The same guy who drew a sigil with his blood to open the domain, the same guy who divided the hit effect and could recognize which foe was a real threat, couldn't defeat a simple human with an "I punch you hard" power? That's basically how to not write a fight.
Underrated domain, underrated users fought an overrated fan favorite plot armor character. And obviously the second one won.
I'll post soon a fun fact about my OC Kasari's domain expansion.
Dagon aura farming is the best thing I have seen in my whole life.
Hm, y'know what? I'll just make a little short story with Dagon and Kasari (my OC) in this situation, it is separate from my complete narrative though.
