⌈ —  Caramel eyes turned towards the elder, frown in place as he heard his words, “That sucks.” he said, which was true…no one wanted to be put back a grade, it just didn’t look right when planning to go to college.

He sighed, closing his book before thinking for a moment; he had great grades, top of his class so maybe he could help his upperclassman, “I can tutor you.” he offered, “It should help you graduate in time if you manage to get good grades on your finals.” A small shrugged, the flyhalf then turned back to his book, “If you want I mean, I don’t care.”⌋

⌈ —  Etsugo was getting so damn annoyed with the idiots that kept messing with him; and it wasn’t any of the guys from the team (they at least teased him but it was in good humor) unlike the bastards from school that liked to flirt with him or whatever. He already went through that in his last school, he really didn’t want to start a fight here as well.

At least it happened away from the rugby team, the flyhalf didn’t want to be ‘saved’ or be treated like some damsel in distress because he knew the guys would do something stupid to help him. He really didn’t want to be bothered.

But that all changed once Etsugo saw that Kasuga witnessed some guys teasing him before intervening. Damnit. He really didn’t want to feel pity by his senior but there wasn’t nothing he could do about. So he just stood back, with his bored face as the guys finally left him and went on their way.

This was ridiculous. And it had to be older flanker of all his teammates to help him out. Not that he needed help, he could take care of himself just fine.

What he didn’t expect was the compliment, and the suggestion to stay close to him to be protected. Well damn, Etsugo didn’t think that was necessary but if it meant to be close to his secret crush, then why the hell not.

He sighed nonchalant before shrugging. “Whatever. Let’s just go to practice.” he then began to walk towards the clubhouse, “Don’t tell the others, I really don’t want to be bothered with what happened.”⌋
