Kate & Anthony Week 2025

Tuesday May 13

🤔 Question: What are Kate and Anthony’s parenting styles?

💡A: These are two people who had to step in and look after their siblings while still being children themselves. I can see them as "strict but fair" with them knowing their weaknesses, and balancing the other out.

They would be very affectionate to their children, wanting to the parents that their children can be honest with and rely on when things get dicey.

In the third season, Anthony wanted for their future children to know both parents' heritage. And so, him and Kate travel to India, specifically where she grew up. So I can see this continuing as Ned is joined by his siblings.

I do see Anthony being a bit of a girl dad, with him being wrapped around his two girls' fingers.

Kate is an education mom, for all her children.

Kate & Anthony Week: Day 1 | Midnight at the library

Viscount Anthony "Jolteon" Bridgerton ⚡

This week is Kanthony Week, so here is my little drawing of Anthony the Jolteon!

I chose Anthony as Jolteon because of his personal story. Anthony's prolonged sadness of losing his father and being emotionally withdrawn once he became Viscount caused him to feel lonely, an analogy of how Jolteon has lots of sharp furs on it so no one can touch him or go near him. Since he falls in love with Kate Sharma and becomes more emotionally vulnerable and open, he decides to be more supportive of his family while feeling free to be his true, happy self. Even with his grief still part of him, I'm content to see Anthony thriving as a benevolent Viscount, loving his family and excited for his next life chapter with Kate.

PS. This is not my new drawing, it's part of my main drawing based on the Bridgertons as Eeveelutions below. I have two new arts based on Kanthony that I'll post soon. 😉

I've started writing my first story for Kate and Anthony Week. I had so many ideas, but none of them were cooperating. I genuinely don't even know where the idea I finally settled on came from. But, apparently we are going to take "haunted by you" literally.
