Jude might have been just a wee babe compared to most other djinn, but the benefit of being a Rigby? Her parents decidedly were not. Centuries of connections waiting to be plucked - and quite a few were required for this particular self-appointed task. It had taken weeks for those connections to unravel into the ring that she carried now, but to her, it was worth it; the very least she could do to apologize to Katell when she’d been out of her mind with pain. And considering the way Magnus spoke of her ... a reintroduction was needed. Assuming the girl would be amenable to it, that was. The ring was folded into a handwritten note and left on her bed in the cells.
Katell -
I heard tell this was misplaced some centuries ago; I thought it might be a small step in apologizing for my behavior prior to taking my leave from the island. If you have no interest in my company, I would not blame you in the slightest. But if you are open to such a thing, I have a picnic awaiting you outside of my greenhouse at the family home.

And at that she took her leave of the basement and made her way back home, busying herself in the kitchen before laying out the promised spread. A small smile bloomed as the fae’s thoughts reached her. “You came,” came the warm greeting for the girl, gesturing towards the blanket she’d laid out that held all of the goodies for the afternoon. “Please.”
