Ok, I have some bad news, good news and important news.
The bad news is that I decided that after my Transformers is done, I am NEVER going to do another fancomic again of any fiction. I love doing this one, I really want to see it through and consider just as valid as my original works, but two things. Drawing Transformers takes a lot of time even when you're going for the simple sitcom style. Also, it brings me to my good news...
I have decided that I am going to remaster my first ever webcomic in the future. Yes, you heard me right. MK's Jekyll and Hyde is getting a face lift. Or rather, just the first book is because it's still a beloved story, it holds out and I'm proud of it. I want to spend my time and energy on the side, on things like this.
The one and only catch which I think is pretty fair... Is that the remastered and redrawn version of Book 1 will NOT be available to read for free online. It will be sold in Amazon in Kindle and in Paperback format. I don't think that's unreasonable. Think of the one available to read for free online as a free sample and the one that will be sold as the actual thing.
I have a reached a point in my career as a comic author where I admit (as humbly and as kindly as possible) I do want to make money off of my craft. I have spent ten years making comics, making art and sharing my world with all of you. I love doing it and I intend to keep doing so, but... While I am a one woman show, I can't do it alone. If you want me to keep giving you more and better, I need your support. I am not asking for $1,000,000 up front. If you can even give one coffees every now and then or even become $1 members, that is worth its weight in gold because it adds up.
With that said, my decision to put up the best of my work for sale rather than just giving it out for free is not greedy or asking for too much. After all, I would love to get my stuff animated in the future in a cartoon series even if only on YouTube, but making that happen isn't free.

PS: I myself walk the walk. I do NOT read scanlations or pirated stuff. I buy the work or watch/rent it on streaming services. If art is good enough to enjoy, it's good enough to buy. Don't rob artists.
