Here are the question answers for Katie!
What brings you to Oakhurst?
I came to Oakhurst to explore my own life without being pressured by my father to follow the family company. He always disproved of the occult, so having his only daughter delve into it's waters was... unpleasant to him.
2. What skills do you have?
I am quite skilled with literature- after all I am a librarian. And if you could the occult I suppose I'm well versed with ritualistic practices and the likes.
Truthfully anything physical. I am not the most physical person you will find.
4. How are you with other people?
With people... Well, once I've known them for more than, say, a few days I'm comfortable. Before that it takes quite a while for me to converse.
5. What secret are you hiding?
... The occult. Very few people actually know of this interest of mine. With how many people I have met that are distrustworthy of this field, I keep it a secret from everyone I meet. Even the few who do know don't quite know how far I reach with this passion of mine.
6. What do you want from Oakhurst? From others?
I want a place where they wont question the moment I reach out. A place where the people wont jump to conclusions. From others, I want people who can be talked to- who can be trusted with secrets.
7. What do you tell people you want?
I tell them I want quiet. I tell them I want somewhere relaxed. Funnily enough I also tell them I want people who will talk.
8. What do you tell people about your past?
I tell them I'm a librarian from a small town where I came from along with Grass. I never mention my occult interests. I never mention anything past my little bookshop.
9. What do you have to lose?
Many things yet also not much. With no home to return to, myself is what is left.
10. What are you willing to risk in order to win?
Some lives. Some land. Only in drastic cases, though. Outside of that, the simple price of myself.
11. What is your stance on vampires and the supernatural?
The supernatural is a field I specialize in. My stance on the paranormal is far higher than the other supernatural aspect, though vampires? I cant say. I have never encountered one but I don't think they are complete lies.
12. Would anyone come looking for you/would anyone miss you if something happened?
...No. The only person who would has travelled with me here.
13. If you discovered vampires are real, what would you do?
I would probably not mind- after all vampires aren't too different from my usual activities.
14. If you became a vampire, what would you do?
I'd likely treat it as usual. My practices aren't the same as a vampires, but they are just close enough that it may not change that much in my life. Nobody would notice anyhow.
15. What would you do to stay alive?
What I have to. No matter if it ranges into supernatural territory or stays rooted in society's usual practices.
16. How well do you lie? How good are you at perceiving lies?
I can lie rather convincingly. And I can pick one up easily if I have known whoever lies.
