WELL~

Off on a coffee date with the lovely~ I have eaten nothing but marshmallow fluff and I've had six hours sleep! So we'll see how this turns out~

Just really not feeling great at all, so worried about money and college and the summer. How am I supposed to feed everyone and pay rent and bills etc with no money? I'm feeling really down and I feel guilty because I don't want to bring the other two down too . . . Bleh, why am I even writing all this here?

1. What is your biggest pet peeve?

My biggest pet peeve is probably eating noises? Can I use that? Either that or dirty floors. Ugh I hate them! 

2. What is your favourite blog, not on tumblr?

Uhm, I love Andrea Joseph's sketchblog :3

3. What’s the city you would love to live in?

Oh god. I love cities. New York City possibly, San Francisco . . . London~ 

4. Favourite historical figure, and why.

J.R.R. Tolkien. He is my absolute favourite author and I'm trying to read all of his works. I absolutely love his style and I think he was a brilliantly clever man. Does he count? 

5. What book would you have liked to have written?

I would have loved to have been able to claim The Lord of the Rings as my own ;P

6. What minor character in a movie or tv show do you like more than the actual protagonist?

I don't know if this counts but I adore Faramir in The Lord of the Rings. He is so sweet and clever and so different from the rest of his family. I kind of identify with him I think (trying not to sound all lah-dee-dah there!) Either that or Q in Skyfall. He doesn't get much screen time and Bond is the main protagonist so :3 

7. What’s your favourite trope, and the one you hate most?

If a trope is what I think it is then maybe metaphors are my favourite? I'm not sure which one I hate the most though . . .

8. What type of dance would you like to learn?

The tango. God I would LOVE to learn the tango. Wait type? Ballroom?

9. Where is your favourite reading spot and why?

I read in a lot of weird and wonderful places but probably my bed or the rocking recliner in our room. They're just so comfy and I can curl up with a coffee and just enjoy my book :3

10. If you could be anyone for a day, fictional or real, who would you be and why?

Oh dear lord, now this is a hard one. I would probably love to be Aragorn for a day. I'd love to ride around on horseback and visit Rohan and wear a sword and just generally get to be badass and awesome for a day. 

11. Convince me to read your most beloved book.

If you haven't figured from the above questions, my favourite book is The Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien. I think it is well worth reading as it is a masterpiece of English literature and one of the top bestselling books. Middle Earth is as rich in culture as our world is and the characters are very well developed and have a depth to them that you can relate to. It's full of beautiful language and I really think that it can teach us about some of the problems we are facing in life today.

I tried! I'm not very good at convincing people through text so if this falls flat I am sorry! JUST READ THE BOOK OMG IT'S THE BEST EVAR AND YOU WON'T REGRET EEEET!!! o3o

12. What’s the average number of books you read in a year, and how many are you planning to read in 2013?

Oh god. I average a small library and I plan to read an entire BOATLOAD of books this year. I do have a few that I really want to get through that have been sitting staring at me for a while and hopefully I'm going to get hold of some that I've been after for a while :)

England: Are you controlling?

I don’t think I am very controlling … I can be a little bit sometimes though >__>

France: How do you show love for those you care for?

I find it kinda difficult to show how I’m feeling about things, but I am getting better! I made Kayleigh breakfast in bed (without being asked to!) and I like it when I get to surprise her with kisses and hand holding and other such things ;P

Belarus: Is there anyone you love? Family, friends, romantic interest?

Well, I love Kayleigh >3< I guess I love my family too xD

China: What was the best moment of your life?

Hummm~ A lot of moments in my life have been brilliant! A lot of them with Kayleigh ehehe. Going to see American Idiot: The Musical is definitely on that list!! And going to Kenya. That is most definitely there too.

Hong Kong: Do you fear death?

I fear the idea of nothing. I think that’s why I believe in reincarnation. I simply cannot fathom nothing.

New Zealand: Would you rather be an elf, dwarf, Hobbit, or wizard?

I would love to be an elf. As a child, I always wanted to be an elf like Arwen (Or a Ranger like Aragorn hush). I wanted so badly to live in Rivendell and seeing it on the screen again recently makes my heart burst. I could settle as a hobbit though, it would be comfortable and The Shire is a beautiful place. I think I could be happy there~ 

Turkey: Would you ever want children?

Yes. It’s always been a dream of mine and I love kids. Ideally, I would love to have a boy and a girl, or twin boys and a girl. I want to wait until I’ve seen all that I want to see in the world though.

Ukraine: What is one thing that has made you stronger in life?

To be honest I think it was being home-educated and joining the Scout Association. Without those two, I would not be the person I am today. I cannot stress how different I am now to how I was when I was in the school system before I joined the Scouts.

Wy: What kind of art do you like?

Ooooooh~ Well my number one favourite artist is Alphonse Mucha. I adore his work so much, I think they’re beautiful and so inspiring. I do love works that have a certain … decaying beauty to them. I love contrasts like decay and beauty, life and death. It’s probably why I like ruined buildings so much … 

Tibet: What do you value most?

It sounds cheesy as all hell but … my girlfriend Kayleigh. She’s put up with me so far and hasn’t run off. I am not the easiest person to live with so the fact that she’s still here is amazing. She understands me when I go on and on about silly things, like artists I love, cooking, my stories and characters. She actually wants to trail around art galleries and museums with me, she loves play parks and thinks it’s cute or funny when I run off to the swings. I know I probably annoy her 99.9% of the time, I am paranoid to a certain extent and I apologise for EVERYTHING (to the point where she banned me from saying it!), but she’s still here and she still loves me. Agh I wrote a lot!!

Though my books come in close second~ ;P
