Self-Portrait Project

My story is a description of daily activities. This isn’t just random activities but what I do to show my creativity and working skills. One of those activities is the belly casting I did for my sister and how I decorated it. The others include a Fruit cake, table center piece (vase with flowers), and me cooking as well. All this not only show my creativity, but how I release stress. They also show my patience and dedication when it come to doing what I love.

Script

Creativity takes courage, patience, dedication and practice. My creations are just another way to speak my heart and mind.

You May ask what or how am I inspired? Inspiration comes from the people I love, the mood I’m in at the moment or simply just another crazy idea that jumps in my head.

The Purpose of life is finding your gift. My gift is my creativity, which helps me to express myself as well as making others happy. Life is a Journey Make the Most out of it, smile and make others smile because happiness results from what we give.

I chose these images from the movie Citizen Kane because the series of pictures tell the story by itself. The changes of angles and proximity tell the continuity and relationship even though they don’t have the same characters in each shot. I included very close shots because they have much deeper detail than the regular shots and those, in my opinion, bring a deeper and more descriptive meaning to the story being told.

Bird Box Movie

I chose these shots because they tell the story with different settings and how the characters have to learn how to live with a blind fold and without the sunlight. These shots show different camera angels, different lighting and long and short distance shots. The close shots show more in depth the struggle that they go through with the phenomenon that they are experiencing.
