SUPER long headcanon of qworu/karl dedicated to odetoquatremains
qworu and karl are brothers. they are two years apart. they go to different high schools. qworu loves doting on his innocent little brother and karl is very whiny and needy for his affection. he loves his oni-san very much. but over the years, qworu has fallen in love with his brother. he's really disgusted with himself and has decided to pull himself away
so when the new school year starts and karl enters high school, he starts to get bullied. at the same time, qworu becomes president of the student council and is always busy with work, so he often comes home late. karl's only friend, his oni-san, now is not there for him. karl starts to get very dejected about it.
qworu and karl are eating dinner one night for a change and qworu suggests they spend a day together! because he has time off from student council. karl is overjoyed.
the day arrives and qworu ends up swamped at school with paperwork. the cultural festival is coming up and he has to approve all sorts of things. he phones karl and karl is crushed. did I mention that it's raining very hard today? it's all for the drama
qworu rushes home from his paperwork but karl is missing! he isn't home. qworu is like shitshitshitshit. he doesn't even have time to get a raincoat but rushes out to find karl. sure enough he finds him, hiding in the little park they used to play in when they were kids. qworu is a little mad at karl. he tells karl that they're going home and grabs his arm. but karl pulls away and looks away. the rain is coming down hard. qworu feels really bad now. he wants to apologize, but karl starts to run away. qworu goes to chase after him. he finally catches him and karl is trembling and oh so sad.
qworu begs karl to look at him and karl finally turns around and does. qworu kisses him and karl totally melts into it. the rain finally lets down and they quietly walk home, hand in hand
