For Kayeliegh: I can't top Fay's advice, which is fantastic and I'd advise you to follow, but I can offer something I personally do. I'll often do something for the friend, something small, like get them a chocolate bar when I'm getting one for myself, too, and just say that 'it's my way of making it up.' I guess that if you can show that you really do wish to make up, in both your stature and then little things like this, it might make your friend see you truly are sorry -L
