This was a crazy year for all of us. For me personally as well. Went through a health scare and surgery that thank God went perfectly, so now I’m all good. But it wasn’t the most fun. I also got the news recently that my show Idiotest isn’t getting picked up for a 5th season. It’s cool, we had an amazing 210 episode run, which is very rare in TV. But I gave my all to the show, and I wish it could have continued. . That said, the year had some amazing moments too. And this moment was easily one of my favorites. I got to see one of my oldest friends in comedy Tiffany Haddish become one of the biggest stars. And I got to close out the year with her on stage, singing (and of course playing kazoo) with another long time friend, the brilliant Craig Robinson, on stage at my home club, the legendary @hollywoodimprov. It was pure joy for me up there. Here are some clips for you to enjoy a little taste to end your year. . We did “I Will Survive” which is the perfect anthem for 2017. And fitting because I’m the last clip I was playing my kazoo so hard I inhaled the filter and it got caught in my throat. You actually see me choking for a second. But I got it out just in time for the close! A perfect analogy I think for life. Sometimes shit’s gonna go wrong, but you just gotta clear it out and keep movin. . Buy @tiffanyhaddish’s book The Last Black Unicorn. Watch @mrcraigrobinson’s show Ghosted on FOX. And watch what I do in 2018. Gonna be a big one. Happy new year everybody! I hope 2018 brings you all you want. Much love. #kazoolife
