When I was in my tangled phase the second time (as an adult) I had a plushie of Pascal and I loved him and wanted him to be able to sit on my shoulder like Rapunzel so I took a magnetic nametag from camp and sewed one magnet onto the bottom of him and I'd put the other magnet under my shirt on my shoulder and it was my thing for an entire summer and then when I went to downtown Disney a few months later I obviously wore my rapunzel t-shirt and Pascal plushie and one of the employees was like "oh that's so cool how did you do that???" and I was like '"Magnets!" and she was like "oh that's so cool! I have a Sebastian and Flounder I've been wanting to wear on my shoulders!" and that was a super wholesome interaction but I found out recently that Disney now sells plushies that sit on your shoulder with a magnetic base and I'm choosing to believe the best in people but also clinging to the theory that that employee sold my idea to the higher-ups, cashed in, and is currently living off the grid or in Reno or something, hoping I never find out what sweet sweet royalty money I'm missing out on, but the joke's on THEM because they have not been selling as well as they could be and I just purchased a Stitch shoulder plushie at Walmart in the clearance section for half off. Who's laughing now?
