I see so many posts about Steve being a Dom but I personally think that man is a sub leaning switch, and he doesn't even know it until the day you put him on his back and refuse to touch or kiss him( or let him touch or kiss you) until he's a good boy. He would be looking up at you with those hazel glazed-over eyes, begging and whining before he even realizes what he's doing.

I've got some dispatch headcannons! Starting with my favorite character: Malevola!

I like to think she's not all that much powerful as people to believe, like supernaturally, since demon stuff has been greatly exaggerated by their kind and religious sorts plus she's only half of one. HOWEVER, due to coincidences it keeps seeming like she is.

the yachties have been pursuing her for three generations? she must be at least three hundred! (she's not, the yachties are just short lived gnomes and demons don't live longer than humans) she's been to hell! (in dispatch's earth magic is freely known and commercialized, you can go to hell like you can to hawaii) she can possess people! (she can't, just being silly :p)

out of everyone on the team she's done the most adorable/weird baby talk to beef, prism caught it on camera and she gets to a somehow brighter shade of red whenever the video is mentioned.

also my favorite HC for malevola is that she's the only ticklish one of the team, purely because it's cute :] . six foot and six inch demon with a giant sword and unshakable personality can be beaten by something so silly. they find out after she a spar with robert by accident and the team NEVER lets her forget. her worst spot is her feet, whenever someone wants a free portal to somewhere or just wants to be bastard (it's the latter 99% of the time) they know exactly where to go and unfortunately for her heels are very easy to pop off!

I love her, she's cute to me :D

ANON OH EM GEEEEE I LOVE THIS!!

Malevola is such an incredible character, and i wished more people recognized her as the sweetheart she is… and not a sex symbol. yes, she is a beautiful, muscular demon woman, but she is my 6’6 baby who makes silly voices at animals.

i think in one of my more recent posts i mentioned a bit about Mal not wanting to be vulnerable, and i think that ties in well with the whole demon stereotypes thing. while she is incredibly strong (hence being able to wield a MASSIVE sword) she’s still part human and just so happens to have fancy powers.

her wound transferral, for example, probably does a much bigger toll on her than she willingly admits, because the less people know about her weaknesses, the more scary she seems. especially after being a villain for so long, and regardless for however long she may have lived, hiding her weaknesses becomes a way of life instead of just survival. :(

also on the note of how long she’s lived, Malevola would’ve likely encountered the previous mecha mans/men (???) in her days of being a villain, long before meeting robert. that or she’s actually in her thirties and plays up the age thing for shits and gigs.

BUT ANYWAYS, none of that stuff changes the fact she’s got a big heart. and is super ticklish, i love that hc. even though some kids are afraid of her, i also hc that she’s great with them. on all of my playthroughs i sent her to the talent show and she aced it. thats my girl !!

And if anything, the fact she’s Sonar’s NA sponsor says a lot.

IDK i feel like there’s so much to say about her!! i could read headcannons all day, so i’d be more than happy to take some more. all i know is that she’s the most perfect angel and can do no wrong, just ignore all the murders. 😇

caught up on the freak circus and GIRL I HAVE SOME THOUUUUUGHTS

ok SO we definitely know now that those with pink tickets are brainwashed or something and kept in the circus to be used as staff (and sacrifices for the shows) so suit man in the beginning must be responsible for that. but he looks like a DUDE not a masked being thing so that's a whole can of wtf. (let's hope carol wasn't part of the jester's show eeeeesh) also WHERE IS HE

for commedia dell'arte characters, so far we have pierrot, dottore, harlequin/arlecchino, and columbina. jester is a bit of an outlier, since the jester isn't a character and is a real profession that real people did (which is simplifying it but we don't have time to unpack jesters in history). jesters performed as characters like pierrot and harlequin. so that. well honestly i don't know how that's going to affect everything, but jester seems to be in some kind of leadership position within the group, so maybe that's something. (maybe the doctor character isn't actually dottore and just a wacky doctor type, iunno.)

ticket taker continues to be a mystery to me. that tent was hella spooky tho
