The Sanatorium for the Chronologically Confused

This is the story of a young man who has composed too many mathematical melodies into a galactic sketchbook, gets lost in time and vanishes from the face of the earth. 

It is also the story of the Whore of Babylon who sells frozen Pizza out of an ancient food truck at the edge of the world. 

By a fortunate and statistically entirely plausible coincidence they meet at the Sanatorium for the Chronologically Confused to talk about stories, technology, history and how to get unstuck in time.

Kardashian’s body – highly stylised and instantly recognisable – appears as a site of intense objectification in contemporary culture. It a form of objectification that suits commodification well. Perhaps more than any other celebrity today, her own celebrity seems fixed in a frozen form, like Medusa turned to stone.
