…And then there’s Porche (Sporting #OysterBeige) @porchescajunfoods - a story very similar to one I wrote about in @theoystercompanion Porche came past to check out the knives - but (devoutly) only eats oysters char-grilled and cooked (that’s not a terrible way to enjoy oysters..) 15 minutes of chatting with the family and passers by, Porche - took the plunge - decided to try these oysters - smaller than the ones she’s used to… I advised… Slide the oyster in and chew…2 bites… it’ll be bright ocean and sweet lightly buttery… Here goes…. One bite. (a hush falls over the crowd…) Wow - that’s great….
