This is Pingree Park and it was clean on Thursday. Friday someone came and dumped their trash with a waste can only a few feet away. Parents watching their kids play also dump and clean their cars on the curb in front of our park. The trash in our neighborhoods doesn't grow from seeds in the ground. So many people complain about their neighborhoods, but don't do the easiest and free way to improve them, CLEAN UP and stop dropping trash everywhere.
