Me, circa 1994, returning from @UHHilo to UH Mānoa to serve as @KaLeoOHawaii editor (I'm wearing a @KeKalahea T-shirt my Hilo staff made). Check out the Apple PowerBook. The bike chain bracelet. The lack of facial hair! Back then the paper was printed daily, on campus, and we didn't have any "wire services" to fill pages that our advertising team was so good at selling. Five bylines in one issue was not uncommon. No air conditioning, an actual darkroom, and lots of shenanigans in a building long since demolished.
