Poison Oak (Genderbend Poison Ivy)

I had a lot of fun designing this outfit and fabricating it. The venus flytraps were sculpted in chavant, molded in silicone and cast in polyfoam. The vines were all armature wire covered in bubblewrap and paper towel soaked in slip latex. The brows were also sculpted, molded and cast in polyfoam.

The body paint used was a mix of Thomas Surprenant’s Pax paint and I airbrushed the veins on with a custom mix of PPI alcohol colors. Application was about 3 hours.

Genderbend Mileena from Mortal Kombat Cosplay, makeup and props by keltoncos.   Photography by Sojians ——- The nose and mouth prosthetic is foam latex. Teeth were sculpted from friendly plastic. The magenta fabric was hand painted because I couldnt find the exact color I wanted so I sponged Magenta Angelus paint over black snake scale pleather. The sai and armor parts are all worbla.
