Jorge Serrano, #sayhisname His life was short lived and robbed from him and his family. East Los Ángeles Sheriffs Station is currently being investigated by the FBI for the Sept. 2018 #kennedyhall incident. It is believed #nikolisperez was in attendance there. That would of been just 15 days after he killed #anthonyvargas and 11 months later he killed #jorgeserrano in a almost identical situation. He is dangerous and needs to be prosecuted for murder and his previous misconducts need to be publicly known.
