So following from the human kennett theme, Kol has asked Bonnie to attend the Mikaelson ball but she's been keeping him in the dark about whether or not she'll make an appearance

Part 1
Nine months later Bonnie and Kol welcome a baby boy which they've named Nikolas Aiden Mikaelson. Bonnie is overjoyed about being a mom that she can't stop checking on Nikolas, which interferes with her studies so Kol intervenes:
Kol: I'll take him out for some fresh air, you study. You have an exam coming up.
Bonnie: I'm studying...see?
Kol: How did he get out of his crib?
Bonnie:-long pause- I gave birth to him you know.
Kol: I remember, you yelled at me, squeezed my hand, said I would never touch you again and then he graced the world with his presence.
Bonnie: Fine.
Dark!Kennett AU: When they discover what it would truly cost the Bennett witch to wake Silas and obtain the cure, Bonnie and Kol drop by Elena Gilbert's house for a friendly chat.
