while there are a lot of unnamed side characters in 98, there's a handful who have names that are never actually said in the episode itself but are seen in the end credits, like with our pal Kesskass:

also here's his settei sheet as seen in the Remix DVD extras, none of these sketches appear to have been included in the artbook!

and while i cannot read Japanese, i believe this is the credit for him on the old official anime website (via the wayback machine):

and the characters (i cannot remember which is kanji, katakana, or hirigana and one of the many reasons why i have struggled trying to learn Japanese on my own lol) used to spell his name there look similar to what's written on that settei sheet from the dvd extras!!

Makes me wonder what the reason for/origin of his name is and if it had any meaning for his character.......
