Utterly Butterly Punjabi Khasta Roti

Khasta Roti, Punjabi Indian bread, made with Aditi whole wheat atta is  the foremost choice for breakfast along with butter.

Ingredients

2 cups Aditi Whole Wheat Atta

2 tsp ghee

½ tsp baking powder

1 cup milk

½ tsp jeera (cumin seeds)

Salt to taste

Preparations:

Aditi whole wheat atta, baking powder, cumin seeds, salt and ghee are taken into a bowl and mixed well. Add milk and prepare soft dough. Make balls of the dough and roll out like rotis and fry on pan, adding ghee, over a medium flame. Serve it with butter.
