i sincerely think every non-Black individual should be getting educated on anti-Black racism. EVEN IF you're Hispanic, Arab, etc etc. ESPECIALLY if you're a whitey. we're complicit in continuing a world where Black individuals are unwilling martyrs for the success of the most white and rich.

i think its incredibly funny how my work has a +2/-2 Twitch-like system in place in our staff discord channel. honestly compared to how toxic it's been at times its nice when errors happen, there's a lightheartedness still.

i need all these christian megachurch recruiters to realize coming up to "weird" people who look like they need jesus is NOT going convince any of us that we should go to your organization. chances are your recruiters have asked us 50 times before and we're both tired of seeing your mormon-looking ass sniffing for desperate people to snatch up.
