Yesterday’s Birthday/Kickstarter livestream was A SUCCESS!! I finished an entire Sakana page and drew some VERY HIGH QUALITY doodles for all the fine people who passed the time with me~! 

In KICKSTARTER NEWS: we JUST HIT THE 3RD STRETCH GOAL!!!! which adds a brand-new 10 page minicomic to the Volume 2 book! Thanks so much for your support, everyone!! I’ll be revealing the next 3 stretch goals later today!

The first 4 chapter illustrations for the SAKANA: Volume 2 book are FINISHED and uploaded to the comic site!

The V2 Kickstarter has two weeks to go and we just hit the 27.5k stretch goal! Now we’re closing in on 30k, which adds another new minicomic to the Volume 2 book! “How To Sakana #2″ picks up after #1 (from Volume 1) and explains EVEN MORE of my comic-making process! WOW!

WE’RE DOWN TO THE HOURS IN THE SAKANA: V2 KICKSTARTER!! And less than 1k from the next stretch goal!! MAKE HASTE!! The campaign ends at 12am on Thursday night!!

All the chapter page illustrations for SAKANA: V2 are DONE and uploaded to the comic website! I’m trying to get all the bonus material wrapped up before the end of the weekend so we can submit the book files and get the ball rolling on printing EXTRA EARLY! (Which is why there was no comic update last night, I HAVE BEEN...VERY BUSY...)

I hope ya’ll have had a chance to check out the V2 campaign and see all these FANTASTIC STRETCH GOALS THAT WE’VE BEEN TEARING THROUGH ALL WEEK!! Two more were just announced last night!

Moving on to chapter illustrations for 13-16 in the SAKANA: Volume 2 book! It’s the Bad Boys + Genkei! 

The V2 Kickstarter is still going strong and nearing it’s SIXTH STRETCH GOAL at 32.5k, which adds a brand new sticker sheet into the mix!
