Kicoyo deserves a moirail. More specifically, he deserves someone who has a hive, who he can return to after a few months of being gone. Someone he can dump a bunch of stolen treasure on, stick around for a few nights for some good meals, and then disappear once more.
Young adult psionic fella, gold, whose hobbies include working on gadgets, hoverboarding, and music, both in terms of singing and playing a bit of guitar. As for a date, he honestly doesn't know anything about romance, so he'd just suggest the first thing that came to mind (which is usually something impulsive and/or chaotic at best) if it came to going out. If the other party wants to stay hive, he's fine with it, but he does have a wild, but gentle, heart. All of his quads are open!

if it IS Siroco, and even if it isn’t, I have to suggest Ronnie! Ronnie is a musician who would enjoy the chaos. He can be a bit nervous at times though! What quad? Uh, good question. I think Ronnie quadsmears so much they’d end up as every quad at one point.
Beyond Ronnie, possibly Thunder in pitch? God Thunder is such a hoe in pitch.
Kicoyo might be good in pale! He’ll steal a ton of shit for him. He’s also terribly chaotic in his own means. He travels a lot, so he might poof for 4 months and then return with his lusus and an arm full of a bunch of stolen shit.
