I ordered the Shiro varsity jacket from the Kigustop back in November. I'm not sure if everyone is aware of them, but they had a minor incident when they were accused of stealing and selling Decodanshi's designs.
Of course I gave her the benefit of the doubt, but after receiving a terrible quality jacket from them after waiting 6 months and paying over 60 dollars for it.... I'm less than thrilled and believing.
I do not recommend ordering from them, she will not take responsibility for the items she sends out. And my jacket, the stain it arrived wry will not come out, so now I'm down 60 dollars and with a terrible jacket.
She refused to send a replacement and wouldn't refund me. She refused to send a replacement because she wouldn't carry extras, which makes no sense to me. Considering the jacket is still in open production and they're still accepting orders. Why not have extras and send them out to customers who order it if it's not needed? Surely someone at least one person will order the size
Instead she decided to give me store credit. But I would have to:
1.) pay to send the jacket across country back to her.
2.) buy another jacket 3.) pay shipping on another jacket
4.) wait ANOTHER 6 months for one
All at my own expense because she wouldn't take responsibility.
Absolutely lovely, so you can imagine I'm incredibly pissed off over this.
Yes the threads can be cut, but should it have even arrived like this in the first place? I think not. I just wouldn't nearly be as angry if the stain actually came out of the jacket... But long behold, it didn't.
