1- I leave to study abroad in exactly a week! I am excited and nervous and still in disbelief about it! I haven't started packing at all yet.

2- I missed the DC St. Lucia show last night and I am so upset! it sold out sooo fast! not fair I saw them a year and a half ago before many of the people who went probably even knew of them! (that sounds mean but ughhhh)

3- I've started saying fuck you mate and fucking hell a lot recently(mainly when driving), I'm not even in England yet!

4- Sometimes I wish I chose a different major instead of journalism, like History, but I don't know how applicable that would be in getting a job.

5- I cannot believe I only have a year and a half left of college! I still get moments where I am like "whoa this is college!" "real life" is soon and that is so scary!

29. I haven't been in like a real castle, but I have been in a palace. (I was only 9 though so I actually remember eating lunch at a cafe on the island better than the actual tour.)

44. I honestly can't remember a favorite bed time story, but I loved books. Goodnight Moon and the Hungry Caterpillar I remember specifically, but I also had Disney books that I liked because my dad would read them in funny voices.

54. I don't believe in werewolves or vampires, although I find the legends of them, particularly in European history, really interesting. I guess to a certain extent I believe, if not in actual ghosts, in the possibility of spirits. The library I work at is said to be sort of haunted, and I'm sure there are other explanations for the things people say happen, but I have kind of experienced it too. In one area that staff have said they feel creeped out in or have even thought they've seen a shape of a person who wasn't there down the row of shelves (I've heard him referred to as "the creeper"), I do always have a feeling of being watched, like I always think someone is going to come out from behind the shelves any second. I think there are often explanations for things people claim are ghosts or spirits, but I do think sometimes it could be true.

57. If I could go back in time, I mean as I'm studying English history at the graduate level, there are places I'd be interested in - Elizabethan England, Victorian England, go back to to the first half of the 1700s and ask Eliza Haywood, who I'm focusing a lot of my thesis on, about her life since there isn't enough info on her life for a whole biography which I'd really really like to have for my research - but I think my first stop if the Doctor came by and said I could go anywhere would be sometime in the late 70s and I'd go to a Clash gig.
