For the character writing meme!! So I don't usually see many fics for Glitch Techs so I was wondering what you keep in mind for writing Miko and Five?

Pick a character I’ve written and I will explain the top ~three to five ideas/concepts/etc I keep in mind while writing that character that I believe are essential to accurately depicting them.
Miko's family life is complicated. The Kubotas love all their kids, but they don't really understand most of them, ESPECIALLY Miko. She's clearly kind of the last thought in any situation, and that's led to a lot of self-esteem issues. She throws herself into battles without a care bc, well, why should she? She's got bosses to beat! And if her squishy meat cage gets injured, well, there's always health potions.
Miko is tech-minded! Maybe she can't hack like Zahra, but we've seen her fixing up old video game cabinets. She's talented with consoles and idk, I just like putting that in as many of fics as possible.
Stimming. CONSTANTLY. It's clear she's never had a fidget toy before and grew up just. Using her body. She bounces all over the place even when she's exhausted bc it's the only way she knows how.
Miko doesn't really know how to defend herself. She defends everyone else, but every time she feels uncomfortable or slighted, she usually doesn't say much. She let Five call her Meeks. She barely argued when Mitch called her a glitch. Mike Simms struck a Very Specific Nerve in that episode, and she called it quits when she realized they were a lot alike. She hid her past with animatronics instead of trying to sway Five to her side.
Five's family life is EVEN MORE complicated. He loves and misses his dad, but I get the vibes he's a bit angry with him for getting caught hacking. His Abuela and Abuelo do their best, but they're clearly struggling for money, and Five has been working jobs for years to help keep them afloat.
Great with kids, but doesn't really seem as competent with peeps his own age? He talks through his Special Interests, but when he can't, he usually resorts to the type of stuff you use on kids- silly voices, slang he clearly knows is cringe, etc.
Five is petty. He's held on to a failed birthday party for years. He takes comments to heart and actively tries to prove them wrong. He used his gauntlet on Gerdi instead of talking to her. He still hasn't told Miko she's been lowkey destroying him in co-op games for years. This isn't me dissing him, this is just Five being a human being.
Hella smart, but emotionally not intuitive.
