killer force 1976
John Carter novelised the script by Val Guest, Gerald Sanford and Michael Winder for this Futura tie-in to 1976 action film The Diamond Mercenaries. Also known as Killer Force, the film was a coproduction between Ireland, Switzerland and the USA, and was filmed mainly in South Africa. The cover shows star Telly Savalas, then still appearing on television as tough New York policeman Theo Kojak.
Just watched KILLER FORCE (1976), the 251st film I've seen with an exploding helicopter.
The movie was called Killer Force. It's not high art but it is a lot of fun to watch Christopher Lee in it. (He plays an absolute bastard.)
I love this behind the scenes shot because Christopher Lee is serving sassy hands on his hips realness.
