dude every time i tell my teacher (relatively young ones) something and they don't know about it and ask me to explain i'm just like oh shit lets end this conversation rn LOLOL

aah but my teacher was older tho (idek how old she is i never assumed anything i just know she has a grandkid)

but yeah lol i was like “it’s just a type of shading like they do in anime…yea it’s pretty difficult to copy with paint so yea” and ended it there bc i never felt so awkward in my life since it’s expected teachers usually know more than you do?? it would have been better if i said “coloring but like, in anime”

so i never spoke about digital art to her again cus i just know she’s gonna talk it down and she’s more traditional when it comes to art…like if you do human study or paint, great, but make sure it’s on paper/canvas or smth
