As everyone watching the electric car industry knows, Norway is the undisputed “ground zero” for EV sales. Pure EVs (BEV, battery-electric vehicles) accounted for 41% of all car sales in Norway in November 2018, and plug-in hybrids (PHEVs) added another 16%, for a total of 57% of the market: EV Sales.
