So, that's fucking terrifying, especially considering that I was 3 years younger than him. but regardless, thank you for warning everyone. and thanks to those who signal boosted!

Facebook terms of service, don’t allowed sex offenders to use Facebook, so you can definitely report him on there. (If you google reporting sex offenders on Facebook, a ton of information pops up on how to report him)

Also I did some research and it looks like Texas is trying to make laws about social media and sex offenders but currently there aren’t any. UNLESS he’s on parole, then he’s not allowed access to the Internet. But it says on the sex offender website he’s on probation, so that doesn’t apply to him. Your best bet is probably to report him on his social medias, and when they ask why, say he’s a registered sex offender.
