Many outside of Seattle identify the city’s music with the sounds of its grunge roots, but KING-FM is making noise on the classical end of the dial as well.
Tonight, as part of KING’s “Seattle Symphony Orchestra Spotlight,” Macedonian pianist Simon Trpceski will be performing Ravel’s Piano Concerto. Host Sean MacLean (above) takes listeners behind the scenes each week at Benaroya Hall for an inside look at the Seattle Symphony Orchestra and is regularly joined by the Symphony’s Music Director, Ludovic Morlot, for exclusive concert broadcasts.Â
Catch the “Seattle Symphony Orchestra Spotlight” tonight, and every Wednesday, at 7:00 PM (PT), and find even more interviews and programming featuring prominent members of the local arts community on the KING-FM Arts Channel.Â
