Ptolemy's Sideshow Faust was put into the back of a vehicle and he saw two men get in the front, he could see them through a tiny window, they occasionally looked back to check on him as they drove. After about fifteen minutes the vehicle came to a hault in a dark building 🏢. Faust saw the two men get out and he heard them speaking 💬 with several more voices. It was quiet for a time, and then Faust heard the rattling of keys 🔑 and suddenly the back of the van was flooded with light. His eyes 👀 had acclimated to the dark and he could not see who it was at first. "Get him out," he heard a voice say, and he knew immediately it was Ptolemy. Two men who were different than the ones before came into the vehicle and grabbed Faust. He kicked and tried to resist but he was no match on a good day with full use of his faculties, much less with his hands 👐 bound behind him. They threw him on the ground and preceded to kick him. One of the men held him up while the second took shots to his stomach.
