It's dark, very dark and the smell of blood... Where am I?

A song sing voice called out in the darkness, and oh so slowly they see a pair of eyes looking back as they smiled in a playful way yet there something behind it that she can't put her fingers on it
" hello, can you speak? "
He asked as you try to make a sound and all it lead it to struggle and coughing soon lead to lean out of a strange bathtub like thing to throw up as the smell of blood making you feel nauseated and to look around seeing some magical beast hanging from the ceiling that it make them feel fear like a small cub
