Drabble:
He was always the more reckless one: he wanted to hit one more rail, a five stair, some wall that looked perfect for riding and grinding on. Kip Lee was what a skateboarder should be. He always wanted to push his body as far as he could, just to see what would happen. Sure he’d pushed himself too far, Kip was no stranger to wrist braces and arm casts, a split lip or a bloody nose after overestimating his landing. He’d broken his right arm in two places, his left wrist, and had a handful of pins in his ankle that proved to make going to the airport very difficult. Sure Kip was reckless, but that made him fearless, and that’s what made him as good at he was.
Kip skates along one of the long rails with Henry trailing behind him, video camera glued to his hand like always. Lately Henry had been on a mission to finish “The Compilation,” his mysterious project that was only ever referred to as such. He’d been taking videos of Kip and the rest of the people who hung out at Centerville Skate Park and made up their small collective of friends. Kip does a trick on his board and the small crowd of people hanging around smoking and drinking warm beers claps and cheers for him.
“Did you see his full cab! How does he do that?” Fran asks, astounded, her bloodshot eyes trained on Kip’s back as he weaved through the other people skating.
“He’s just that good, man…the kid has no fear”
Kip is so cool. He’s just so charming and fearless and goes after what he wants. Keep an eye out for him and other members of the centerville skate park gang. Go give him some love!

Intro
Big hand nails down:
She takes a deep breath through her nose, signaling her rapid blinking eyes to relax.
Attempting to yawn, she begins to frown, sensing tension in her jaw, leaving her mouth shut.
She opens her eyes, and her eyes meet something at the other end of the table.
The faceless figure tilts its head, hesitating for a moment until he slowly rises from the chair, placing his palms on the tabletop.
The girl whimpers as tears begin to fall down her face.
Her arms start to shake, but they stay glued to the armrests, forcing her to take in the faceless figure creeping closer to her, as the thuds of its hands hitting the table echoes in the room.
Within arms reach, it extends its arm, its hand hovering over her face.
She squeezes her eyes shut, whimpering once more as she again attempts to move her arms.
Opening her eyes, she notices the figure's gone. The tension in her jaw disappears, and so she finally manages to open her mouth, letting out a sigh of relief.
But then, she feels something stuck in her throat, pushing to come out.
Muffled screams escape her lips as she sees three fingers push through, slowly creeping up her face until the last two fingers join.
Again, she attempts to move her arms, but she only manages to shake them as they stay on the armrest.
The fingertips reach her forehead, gripping her head with brutal force as it starts to push her head back.
Her eyes snap open as she feels two hands grip her shoulders.
'Are you okay?' Josie asks.
'Yeah.' the girl mutters, taking a few deep breaths. 'Just a nightmare. It happens, especially when I haven't slept that well,' she explains as she tugs her sleeves over her hands. 'Also, this train isn't exactly comfortable. I don't understand people who can sleep anywhere at any time.'
'It's a skill,' Josie jokes, holding out her hand.
'I'm Josie, by the way.'
'Morgan.'
